Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, we are only open Monday to Saturday 9am until 5pm so orders will only be processed during these times.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY
We make every effort to despatch goods within 24hrs (Monday to Friday only) provided your chosen items are in stock, standard delivery, is often the next working day from date of despatch to addresses within the UK. However, this is not a guaranteed service so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a special date.
From time to time our products do go out of stock and you will be notified and given the choice to wait for the item or to cancel your order.
If you urgently need an item and want to check we can despatch it immediately, we are happy for you to contact us before you place the order if you wish to.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number or from persons whose own address contains a PO Box Number.
Delivery charges are based on UK mainland (not including Highlands and Islands)
Orders up to £50 will be charged at £4.99
Orders of £50-£100 are charged at £8.99
Orders over £100.00 will be delivered FREE of charge
