We have a huge variety of wallpaper designs for you to choose from and we know that choosing wallpaper online and picking the right colour is difficult, to help you get the right colour and texture we offer a wallpaper sample service.

How much do samples cost?

Samples are charged at £1.25 each.

Why do we charge for samples?

Unfortunately we have to charge a small fee for samples to cover the cost of picking, cutting, labelling and posting your chosen wallpaper samples.

How much is postage?

UK Postage is £1.45 and posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

What size are they?

Samples are 53cm x 30cm. * Special order samples may be a smaller A4 size depending on the manufacturer.

Can I have a larger sample?

We can offer a larger sample measuring 53cm x 60cm, please call us on 01282 861241. This may not be possible on some designs.

How long will my samples take to arrive?

We'll try our best to get your samples to you within 5 working days, however some special order samples may take an extra 5-10 days  to arrive. If you've ordered both stock items and special order items we will post the stock items first and the special order samples when they arrive.

Do you post samples outside the UK?

International sample delivery is £3.95 plus £1 per sample and up to a maximum of 5 samples per order.

Order before 2pm Mon - Thurs for next day delivery. If you order after 2pm on a Thursday you will receive your order the following Monday. Friday/Saturday/Sunday next day orders will be delivered on Tuesday.(excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland and some UK postcodes)

Special order items are NOT available for next day or weekend delivery.

If your chosen item is out of stock, we will contact you to ask if you are happy to wait for the item to come back into stock.

If you would like your order to be left in a safe place, please add a note to your order at checkout and state where you’d like the parcel to be left. The responsibility of the parcel then transfers to you.

Paint & Liquids

Products that contain paint, varnish or other liquids are UK MAINLAND ONLY.  This excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland and some UK postcodes. If you want to confirm that we can deliver to your address, please contact us before ordering. Paint orders are delivered by Parcelforce.

Paints marked as special order cannot be returned. This paint is mixed especially for you.

Returns Information

If you are not completely happy with your item, return it to us within 90 days.

Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs.
