How much do samples cost?

Samples are charged at £1.00 each.

Why do we charge for samples?

Unfortunately we have to charge a small fee for samples to cover the cost of picking, cutting, labelling and posting your chosen wallpaper samples.

How much is postage?

UK Postage is £2 and posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

What size are they?

Our samples are 53cm x 30cm. Samples that are posted directly from the manufacturer will be A4 size.

How long will my samples take to arrive?

We'll try our best to get your samples to you within 5 working days, however some SPECIAL ORDER samples may take an extra 5-10 days  to arrive. If you've ordered both stock items and special order items we will post the stock items first and the special order samples when they arrive.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your item, return it to us within 30 days. On receipt of goods, a refund will be given excluding initial delivery charge. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage.

    Good quality paper, nice finish, easy to hang (paste the wall). Having moved in to a new house I was very luckily able to track down the original paper to match for the second wall.

    Lovely wallpaper my husband found it very easy to hang and it looks fab!!!... it was also £5 cheaper than anywhere else to bonus I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again....
