How much do samples cost?
Samples are charged at £1.25 each.
Why do we charge for samples?
Unfortunately we have to charge a small fee for samples to cover the cost of picking, cutting, labelling and posting your chosen wallpaper samples.
How much is postage?
UK Postage is £1.45 and posted Royal Mail 1st Class.
What size are they?
Samples are 53cm x 30cm. * Special order samples may be a smaller A4 size depending on the manufacturer.
Can I have a larger sample?
We can offer a larger sample measuring 53cm x 60cm, please call us on 01282 861241. This may not be possible on some designs.
How long will my samples take to arrive?
We'll try our best to get your samples to you within 5 working days, however some SPECIAL ORDER samples may take an extra 5-10 days to arrive. If you've ordered both stock items and special order items we will post the stock items first and the special order samples when they arrive.
Delivery
Orders will not be despatched or delivered on the 2nd or 3rd June due to the bank holiday and Queens Jubilee. Please take this into account when placing orders.

Next Working Day
Order before 2pm Mon - Thurs for next day delivery. If you order after 2pm on a Thursday you will receive your order the following Monday. Friday/Saturday/Sunday next day orders will be delivered on Tuesday. (excludes bank holidays)

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your item, return it to us within 30 days. On receipt of goods, a refund will be given excluding initial delivery charge. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage.

I did think shipping was a little hefty but nonetheless it was a great product and looks amazing in the space I put it in. It is a little more green than what is advertised but it still looks amazing. The size of the pattern is perfect and I would highly recommend this product!

Genevieve Darbyshire12 December, 2018A very classy wallpaper. The quality is really good, it's easy to hang. There is a very slight sparkle to the silver, which is nice. It can also be wiped with a damp cloth (useful in my hallway with muddy dogs!)
