Not yet used this product however very good service from Allen Braithwaite's after I called them to say my paint had not arrived after 2 weeks. It was a direct special order and one call from Braithwaite's to their supplier had my paint delivered within 24 hrs. Looking forward to seeing the results.

I had been wanting to try this for some time, but could not get hold of any from Craig and Rose during lockdown. Allen Braithwaite had some in stock, along with the copper patina effect solution. I ordered it and got a call 2 days later apologising for the delay in sending it out, and it might be another 3 days! Amazing service considering the circumstances and far more than I had expected. It arrived in time, as promised, and very securely packed in recyclable packaging (some companies send a lot of plastic and don’t pack it as well as Allen Braithwaite did). It’s a beautiful paint and very easy to apply. Lots of ‘how to’ videos on the C&R site and their advice that, ‘the messier, the better’ is absolutely true. Try on an offcut first to get an idea as to how the patina solution works. A little goes a very long way.
