Returns

Unwanted or extra items

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product or you have ordered too much and wish to return anything you may do so at your cost.

You may return the product within 30 days of delivery. You must inform us if you wish to return your order and we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resalable condition, undamaged and unopened.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and it will only be returned at your cost.

The goods will be deemed returned when received by us and we will refund payment of goods as soon as possible within at least 14 working days. Please note - we will only refund the cost of the goods and not the cost of any delivery charges on returned items. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer.

Special order items and mixed paints

Special order items are ordered specially for you and cannot be returned. Sanderson and Leyland Trade paints are mixed to order and also cannot be returned

We would advise that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to us.

Returns due to defect

All goods are thoroughly checked before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after the first three lengths have been hung. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers. We will require all wallpaper labels and some samples of the faulty wallpaper.

You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

If an item has been returned due to a possible defect and has been proven not to be faulty, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Returns due to damage

On delivery, it is your responsibility to check and immediately inform us of any damage or defects to products. We will not accept liability for visible damage not reported within three days of delivery.

Returns due as a result of the product being received in a damaged or defective condition will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any monies. We will do so within a reasonable time period usually 14 days and will inform you of our decision. 

Collection from your address

We understand that large heavy orders can be difficult to return which is why we offer a collection service.
Please contact us with the following details to arrange a collection.

  • Your full name and collection address including postcode
  • Order number and which product is coming back to us
  • Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)
  • A contact number in case we or the driver needs to get in touch with you

 

There is a £18 charge for this service that will need to be paid before we arrange the collection.

Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and unopened.
