    Our returns policy is displayed for all products on the individual product pages.

    We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from us. You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order and all we ask is that items are in a fully resalable condition, undamaged and unopened. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and it will only be returned to you at your cost. Please note: Sanderson, Laura Ashley, Earthborn, Johnstone's Trade and Leyland Trade paints are mixed to order and cannot be returned.  For items marked as SPECIAL ORDER, please see below.


    Special Order Returns Policy

    You may return complete orders containing an item marked as Special Order. We must be notified by email within 14 days of receiving your order and the goods must arrive back to us within 14 days from notifying us. We are unable to accept returns for part orders of wallpaper or murals marked as Special Order.

    We will refund payment of goods as soon as possible within at least 7 working days of return. Please note - we will only refund the cost of the goods and not the cost of any postage charges on returned items. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer.

    We would advise that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to us.


    Upon Receipt

    Please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after the first three lengths have been hung. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers. All labels and samples of the fault must be provided when making a claim. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

    Returns due to defect

    If an item has been returned due to a possible defect and has been proven not to be faulty, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

    Returns due to damage

    On delivery, it is your responsibility to check and immediately inform us of any damage to products. We will not accept liability for visible damage not reported within 3 days of delivery.

    Returns due as a result of the product being received in a damaged or defective condition will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to any refund or replacement. We will do so within a reasonable time period usually 14 days and will inform you of our decision.
