UK Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product or you have ordered too much and wish to return anything you may return your items within 90 days of delivery and all we ask is that items are in a fully resalable condition, undamaged and unopened. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and it will only be returned to you at your cost.
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs.
We will refund payment of goods as soon as possible within at least 14 working days of return. Please note - we will only refund the cost of the goods and not the cost of any postage charges on returned items. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post.
International Returns Policy
You may return any unwanted or extra rolls back to us within 30 days of delivery, items must be unopened and in a resalable condition.
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs. The goods will be deemed returned when received and checked by us and we will refund payment of goods as soon as possible, within at least 7 working days. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and it will only be returned at your cost.
Special order items and mixed paints
Sanderson, Earthborn and Leyland Trade paints are mixed to order and also cannot be returned

We would advise that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to us.
Returns due to defect
Please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after the first three lengths have been hung. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers. All labels and samples of the fault must be provided when making a claim. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
If an item has been returned due to a possible defect and has been proven not to be faulty, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Returns due to damage
On delivery, it is your responsibility to check and immediately inform us of any damage to products. We will not accept liability for visible damage not reported within 3 days of delivery.
Returns due as a result of the product being received in a damaged or defective condition will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to any refund or replacement. We will do so within a reasonable time period usually 14 days and will inform you of our decision.
Collection from your address
We understand that large heavy orders can be difficult to return which is why we offer a collection service.
Please contact us with the following details to arrange a collection.
- Your full name and collection address including postcode
- Order number and which product is coming back to us
- Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)
- A contact number in case we or the driver needs to get in touch with you
There is a £18 charge for this service that will need to be paid before we arrange the collection.
Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and unopened.
