Terms and Conditions
Standard delivery times for the UK are normally 3-5 working days using either Royal Mail or DPD. Please see our delivery page for more information and prices.
DPD is a next WORKING day service. If you order after 1pm on a Thursday you will recieve your order on Monday the following week. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please do not book a decorator until you have received and inspected your order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, you may return any unwanted or extra rolls back to us within 30 days.
Customers must arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition. The goods will be deemed returned when received by us and we will refund payment of goods as soon as possible within at least 14 working days. Please note - we will only refund the cost of the goods and not the cost of any delivery charges on returned items. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and it will only be returned at your cost.

Faulty wallpaperAll rolls are checked before dispatch, however please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after the first three lengths have been hung. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers. We will require all wallpaper labels and some samples of the faulty wallpaper. A full replacement or refund will be made at no charge including postage costs once we have seen the fault.
Credit card security
All credit card payments are processed for us by Stripe at the time of ordering. Your card details are not stored on any of our servers or computers.
We try to keep our website as accurate as possible, but we do have a retail shop and products can sell out before we've had a chance to update the website. If we are out of a product that you order that will delay despatch by more than 48 hours we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to cancel or wait for the stock to arrive.
