How much do samples cost?
Samples are charged at £1.25 each.
Why do we charge for samples?
Unfortunately we have to charge a small fee for samples to cover the cost of picking, cutting, labelling and posting your chosen wallpaper samples.
How much is postage?
UK Postage is £1.45 and posted Royal Mail 1st Class.
What size are they?
Samples are 53cm x 30cm. * Special order samples may be a smaller A4 size depending on the manufacturer.
Can I have a larger sample?
We can offer a larger sample measuring 53cm x 60cm, please call us on 01282 861241. This may not be possible on some designs.
How long will my samples take to arrive?
We'll try our best to get your samples to you within 5 working days, however some SPECIAL ORDER samples may take an extra 5-10 days to arrive. If you've ordered both stock items and special order items we will post the stock items first and the special order samples when they arrive.

Next Working Day

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your item, return it to us within 30 days. On receipt of goods, a refund will be given excluding initial delivery charge. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage.

The wall was prepared beforehand but this paper was very stiff & hard to manoeuvre on the wall. Never seen so many blebs that haven’t dried back & I stopped decorating half way through. I left it a couple of days & had to remove it in the end! Waste of money for such an expensive wallpaper.
