How much do samples cost?
Samples are charged at £1.25 each.
Why do we charge for samples?
Unfortunately we have to charge a small fee for samples to cover the cost of picking, cutting, labelling and posting your chosen wallpaper samples.
How much is postage?
UK Postage is £1.45 and posted Royal Mail 1st Class.
What size are they?
Samples are 53cm x 30cm. * Special order samples may be a smaller A4 size depending on the manufacturer.
Can I have a larger sample?
We can offer a larger sample measuring 53cm x 60cm, please call us on 01282 861241. This may not be possible on some designs.
How long will my samples take to arrive?
We'll try our best to get your samples to you within 5 working days, however some special order samples may take an extra 5-10 days to arrive. If you've ordered both stock items and special order items we will post the stock items first and the special order samples when they arrive.
Do you post samples outside the UK?
International sample delivery is £3.95 plus £1 per sample and up to a maximum of 5 samples per order.

Standard delivery 2-3 working days- £5
Next working day - £8 (order before 2pm)
Saturday/Sunday delivery - £10 (order before 2pm Friday)
FREE standard UK delivery on orders over £150
Order before 2pm Mon - Thurs for next day delivery. If you order after 2pm on a Thursday you will receive your order the following Monday. Friday/Saturday/Sunday next day orders will be delivered on Tuesday. (excludes bank holidays)
International
Import Fees
Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may be subject to local import fees, duties and taxes. All applicable charges for custom clearance will be payable by the parcel recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order with us.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your item, return it to us within 90 days. On receipt of goods, a refund will be given excluding initial delivery charge. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage.

Agree with another reviewer that if you paint the whole length of wall for one strip, it sticks lower down and is hard to align, but a second person can hold it off the wall for you. Not thick enough to cover marks on wall e.g. pencil marks or patterned paper so paint walls white first or cover in lining paper.

Gorgeous design, high quality print and easy to hang even for a novice like me. I found what worked best was to paste a few inches of wall at a time otherwise the paper sticks further down and makes it more difficult to align pattern when hanging a long length.
